Together, on site, two hours. We write down what you want to keep, what you want to change, and what's genuinely broken.
A rough sketch
Two or three alternative plans with an honest budget band. Printed on one A3, no renders — the point is to argue about it.
Detailed scope
Once a direction is picked, we produce fixed plans, a materials schedule, a payment calendar, and a delivery date.
Hands on wood
Weekly site visits from your project manager. Your invoice calendar is known from day one; no change orders without a signature.
