Villa with cedar garden
The house
A contemporary villa set back from the road on a cedar-lined garden, with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a double-height living space opening onto the south terrace.
Built in 2012 and meticulously maintained, the house is organised around a full-height central atrium. The ground floor is a single continuous space — kitchen, dining, living — with floor-to-ceiling glazing facing the garden. Oak flooring runs throughout.
The upper level holds the principal suite (with dressing and en-suite) and three further bedrooms, two of which share a large Jack-and-Jill bath. A separate guest studio sits above the double garage, accessible by its own staircase.
Energy class A, with heat pump and photovoltaic array. Rainwater is collected for the garden. A quiet end-of-cul-de-sac position, ten minutes on foot to the European Quarter.

A note from Anne
"The cedar at the back of the garden is the real character here — from the living room you essentially look into its branches. The owners built the house around it, and it shows."
